VIP Concierge assures your itinerary.
You'll
never have to phone ahead or worry about a thing. Your dedicated
ESSENTUALE Personal Concierge does it all for you.
Staff greet you by name, know exactly when you'll arrive, depart and what you'll need
throughout your itinerary. How? Your VIP Concierge tracks and manages
all of your arrangements and personal requests calling ahead every step
of the way to make sure you don't have to. It's a level of care not found anywhere other than
ESSENTUALE. ESSENTUALE has agreements with Recommended and Approved
properties to make sure you get the very best possible care. If anything
is not 'perfect' during your adventure, ESSENTUALE will quickly resolve
it to your total satisfaction.
 PCA
stands for Personal
Care
Associate.
You can think of PCAs as local
friends in the location you are visiting. In most cases they were
the ones who recommended the featured location to ESSENTUALE... or were
recommended by others to ESSENTUALE... or are recommended by ESSENTUALE.
Kim, shown above, is an example.
In all cases
PCAs are trusted
friends of ESSENTUALE yet have no affiliation with the Featured Property
or experience. They are associated with ESSENTUALE but not paid by
ESSENTUALE. This means they have no bias.
PCAs
are a key element to the unparalleled service ESSENTUALE provides.
Most of
the locations ESSENTUALE features will offer ESSENTUALE PCA services.
Some do now. Instead
of relying on your hotel concierge or travel
books or articles you may have read when you visit an area, an
ESSENTUALE PCA will give you the real facts - and will offer other
options that only someone local and trusted would know of.
ESSENTUALE
PCAs build personal relationships.
Each
PCA truly cares that your experience is
the best it can be. They may make their own recommendations on special places
to go (and places to avoid), special events and more, based on your preferences.
They may also be able to get you special treatment at the 'in' spots in their
location and can tell you about places and things to do that only
someone local would know of. All live in the area and know it well.
Most
PCAs are also personal trainers or have special talents they can provide
that relate to the location they live in. Many are multi-talented.
All
PCAs are exceptional
people.
They may offer certified fitness training, teach you how to sail
or fish, Captain a boat or plane for you, take you whitewater rafting,
be your guide, or provide other unique services
depending on their talents, expertise and the location. PCAs set their own prices
and are paid directly by you when you visit our featured properties or
embark on our featured adventures or experiences of a lifetime.

information before you go, while you are at the location, or afterwards.
This is free of charge.
