Here is my own version of a Greek salad that's delicious and takes only minutes to make. You'll love it!

Here's what you need:

3 cups Romaine lettuce torn into 1 1/2 inch-pieces
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 tomato, chopped
1 small purple onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup black olives
2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons dry white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Here's how to make it:

1. Combine lettuce, cucumber, tomato and onion in a large serving bowl. Place black olives and feta cheese on top.

2. Whisk oil, wine, lemon juice, parsley, oregano and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour over salad; toss gently until coated.
Serve immediately.

Tip: For a nicer presentation, chill salad plates in freezer before serving.
