Pascale - on exercise I admit I love to be active and exercise. I've made it part of my lifestyle so it doesn't seem a chore. From childhood I was encouraged and still love many types of sports activities. Anything you do to be active is a step in the right direction. Do things you enjoy... walk, bicycle, roller-blade. Not all exercise needs to be done in a gym! I do cardio and light weights with lots of reps for about two hours a day. It makes me feel good. I can tell you more about a fitness program just for you but enjoying your program is the key. A little exercise (especially exercise that doesn't seem like exercise and you like) does a body wonders and makes you feel so much better.
