Emily Mae - on healthy living and fitness
It's never too early to start taking care of your body and never too late to achieve a better body. 

I'm in my mid-twenties and stay in shape by doing things I enjoy. This makes exercise fun and not seem like a chore.

I like to bicycle, roller blade, get out in the ocean on my body board and take walks on the beach. I don't do these things in any particular order or have any specific fitness regimen... but I do stay active and believe that's the key. Every day I think of something to do to get some type of exercise. It's good for your body and mind.

It doesn't really matter what you do to stay healthy and fit as long as you get off the couch and get your body moving. Just a brisk 30 minute walk each day can do wonders.

Do what you enjoy. I enjoy jazz and tap dancing. This too helps me stay in shape.

I also like to cook. By cooking my own meals I can control the ingredients and the fat content. I don't starve myself but I am conscious of what I eat.

And I make sure I get plenty of rest and drink plenty of water every day.
