I'm often asked how I stay in shape after three children. The answer is simple:

The right diet, Pilates exercise and doing fun things like hiking, snow skiing, and kayaking. All of these do not have to be a chore. I do what I like and eat good foods. I do not starve myself or take weight loss pills. Simply leading a healthy and active lifestyle keeps me looking and feeling good. Anyone can do it.

Pilates plays a major role in my fitness regimen. It's a unique form of exercise that's fun, improves balance and flexibility all at the same time. It has great benefits for both your body and mind.
