page 2 In 1996 I went to San Diego and studied under Sifu McNeil in his training camp "the Nine Little Heaven Kung-fu", the animal forms, meditation & acupuncture, where I ‘ve also attained a black belt in Kung-fu. Later on I became a black belt member of the world Tae-Kwon-Do Federation. After
graduating from Hofstra University with a BA in Exercise Physiology, I
joined the Bellmore Kickboxing Academy in Long Island where I applied my
education through personal training and group classes. In addition to
teaching Boxing, American and Muai-Thai kickboxing, and Medicine Ball classes.
(that I designed myself in order to take my clients through a
fun total body workout that challenges their aerobic and muscular
capabilities), I also take great care in coaching and training
professional fighters. During all these years I realized that being fit
was even more important than looking fit. I devoted myself to fitness inside and
out. I became certified in nutrition in for myself as well as my
students. |
