Monica Valles - on fitness
Staying in shape is a full time job, especially for my line of work, however I believe exercise can be fun.

The more fun you make exercise, the more you will do it and the better you will look and feel about yourself.

Some days I lift weights while other days I do aerobics but that's not all...

I swim, rollerblade and skate, body board, mountain bike and ride horses. I also take jazz dance lessons, and love salsa and hip-hop dancing in my spare time. All of this is good exercise and fun!

You will feel so much better about yourself when you exercise regularly and feel good about your body. Even dancing or taking walks will do wonders for you!
